HTC Vogue - stuck in bootloader

You'll typically see RUUNBH at the top left of the boot loader. Using SPL 2.31
HTCFlasherGUI (mtty)

Type

cmd> set 16 0
cmd> boot

This will remove RUU flag, and then boot a valid flash from your device.
